Home-made Chamblaise 2008

Home-made Chamblaise 2008

This little lady is 6 gallons of chamblaise, a semi-dry blend of two grapes – the Chenin Blanc and the Colombard. solid dessert wine, crisp, very awesome…and will definitely be enjoyed soon after bottling.

It took me a little longer than 12 weeks, through 4 rackings, to get it ready.

Was about to bottle it tonight, and realized I’m 6 bottles short… Anyone have empties?

Need to get this ready for my little brother’s wedding.
